Frequently Asked Questions

(and Answers!)

  • We are both! We’re a small-scale flower farm and floral design that specializes in growing premium cut flowers and we add value to our crops with unique, handcrafted, seasonally inspired designs.

We grow over 60 varieties of annuals, perennials, and woody shrubs on one acre in Plainfield, MA, using low-till, organic, and pollinator-friendly methods. We hand-harvest and arrange all bouquets and custom florals in our on-site studio. While we don’t have a storefront, flowers are available at our self-serve farm stand.

  • Our self-serve farm stand is located at 53 South Union Street, Plainfield, MA. We also occasionally offer pop-up flower stands around the hilltowns of Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire Counties in Massachusetts—follow us on social media or join our newsletter for updates.

  • We’re a seasonal business, typically April through October. The stand is restocked Friday mornings and open:

Pre-orders can be picked up during these hours. Just look for the bouquet with your name on it.

  • Use a clean, stable vase and fill it ¾ full with clean water. Remove any leaves below the waterline. Trim stems and refresh water every few days. Local flowers last 4–14 days, depending on the flower and care.

  • We make sure to handle all flowers with the utmost care. However, fresh flowers are perishable and affected by many factors after purchase. We don’t offer refunds, but we want you to be satisfied—please reach out if something isn’t right.

  • Flower Club purchases are tied to a specific season and are non-refundable. If you can’t pick up, please arrange for someone else to do so. Missed pickups will be donated when possible. Make sure to add our email to your contacts to receive notifications about start dates.

By joining Flower Club, you are practicing Community Supported Agriculture, where you share in the risk and reward of farming.  Your participation helps our farm plan for growing and harvesting over a season.
